Program Description
The Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG) invites the public to provide input on unmet transit needs, including bus, dial-a-ride, and paratransit services or to submit requests for new or expanded service through a series of listening sessions running through December.
SBCAG will host a countywide listening session online and in person where the public can stop by anytime during the two-hour session.

For those unable to attend, an online Transit Needs Assessment survey in English and Spanish is open until Friday, December 15. Feedback will be shared with local leaders, transit agencies, and Caltrans to help shape future transit services. About SBCAG
The Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG) is a regional planning agency established in 1966 under a joint powers agreement among Santa Barbara County and its eight cities. Governed by a board comprising the county supervisors and city council representatives, SBCAG addresses regional challenges in sustainable transportation, housing, and equitable quality of life. With a staff of 20 and an annual budget of approximately $100 million, the agency manages planning, project management, grant administration, and alternative transportation services while distributing local, state, and federal transportation funds to benefit all county residents.
