Public Works Meet and Greet

Celebrate National Public Works week on Thursday, May 8th from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Santa Barbara City College Great Meadow Lawn (map) with Public Works! Meet the Public Works staff and the equipment behind the department, including Streets and Water Resources vehicles, games, demonstrations, job opportunities, and more! This event is perfect for high school and college students to learn more about launching a “Career without debt!” HR representatives will be there to discuss positions. The Meet and Greet is also perfect for families and children to enjoy “Touch a Truck" and other activities.
