"Tides of Time" showcases "170 Years of Harbor History" through photographs documenting key moments like the breakwater construction, the 1969 oil spill, and the 1983 storm, alongside everyday life on the waterfront.
The exhibition also includes "Our Channel Islands" by Ernest H. Brooks II, celebrated for his pioneering underwater photography. His work has appeared in major institutions including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Smithsonian.
