Join El Estero Water Resource Center staff for a tour and learn how the facility treats 6 million gallons of wastewater daily from homes and businesses, while safely recycling much of it for beneficial uses. El Estero has been providing environmental and health protection for the City of Santa Barbara for the last 100 years.
This event is part of the 25th Annual Creek Week 2024 starting September 21-28. Creek Week is an annual celebration of our creeks, watersheds, and the ocean, with many organizations hosting events to help build awareness and stewardship of the natural treasures of Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Carpinteria.
