Please join the City of Santa Barbara at a City-hosted Zoom meeting to learn about the Project and the proposed environmental impacts to be studied in the CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) Environmental Impact Report (EIR). The CEQA Notice of Preparation (NOP) and Initial Study for the Project are available for review on the City’s Project website: SantaBarbaraCA.gov/VicTrace

Vic Trace Project Benefits:
