Descripción del programa
The Parks and Recreation Department, in partnership with SBPAL, and the Santa Barbara Youth Council, will host the annual Halloween Trunk or Treat event in the Spencer Adams Parking lot on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 5 – 7:30pm. Families are invited to wear costumes, collect candy, and vote for their favorite decorated trunk at this FREE community event.
