 ceries. Distributions are first come, first served. Minors must be accompa

 rry the food.The Parks and Recreation Department's Mobile Food Pantri
 es and Farmers' Markets, offered in partnership with the Foodbank of 
 Santa Barbara County, aim to transform residents' health through fres
